but if in 2008 that gets expunged, and eminem can buy it now, who do you think he'd rather buy if from, Paul, or Live Nation? He's prolly just making sure they get it, though it won't be official t'll em cleans his record.

yes i know, the chance is there now cause it's "on the market" (but it's not in the full sense, hence the quotation marks) - i think it's a little premature to start talking about renaming or dedicating the place though since it's very unclear atm how their involvement's actually gonna be
