Eminem Working On First Album In Three Years

It all depends on how you take what people say... For example, here is how Billboard took what Eminem said on Hot 97, compared to how MTV took it and we reported yesterday...

Eminem is hard at work on his first studio album in three years. The Detroit MC called into New York radio station Hot 97 (WQHT-FM) today (Sept. 13) during a 50 Cent interview and spoke about his own endeavors.

"I'm always working -- I'm always in the studio," he said. "It feels good right now, the energy of the label. For a while, I didn't want to go back to the studio ... I went through some personal things. I'm coming out of those personal things [and] it feels good."



Eminem added that he is consistently logging time in the studio with the artists on his on Shady Records roster. And though he jokingly said he'd release the new CD "tomorrow," there is no official release date, according to Interscope.

pssh, sounds like it's all just talk. "i'm always in the studio." "it feels good right now, the energy of the label." what label? where the hell is stat's new album, that's been pushed back for like 3 years. i have heard no shit from bobby creekwater. the only place i ever hear anyone giving cashis the time of day is on this site. and whenever i see a new track from d12, it's always just one of the members, not the entire group.

a lot of this just sounds like bullshit to me. if he's in the studio everyday, what the hell is he doing? cuz a lot of his "work" in the studio isn't necessarily generating any products. if em doesn't know what he's doing, or if he isn't doing anything, he should just say it, instead of all this bullshit about "constantly working"and it's all "for the label."

i say it again, eminem's decision making is the biggest problem right now, he always does the wrong things, i mean if he really has been in the studio all this time, he should come out and give an update on D12 album just so all the fans knows were abouts in production it is, or atleast give some straight forward answers rather than just stalling over it all

I can't say I'm not a little disapointed about this news. I was really looking forward to an Eminem-album in an early future. But good thing is that he's working on his Shady-employees!
