i kno he gained weight but he was losin again. i think that part is just a rumor cuz theres been alot of recently taken em pics that came out just this last month (the one with dre,50, n cashis, and like 3 Shady LTD. adds)n hes bigger but not no 200 lbs...idk dont really care about any of that just worried if he has heart problems
