If you ordered with standard int shipping. it will take 20 days to 1 month actually, thats how long it takes for me, and I live in Norway !
I ordered one with the fastest shipping (2 days or so), and one with standard shipping..

In Germany I guess it will be about 15 Euros, which is about 18 $ .
Apart from that, European Amazon is not ready for pre-ordering

For everybody in Europe, don't pre-order from Amazon.com etc. because it will ship too late probably, pre-order it from a shop in your own country and you'll get it on the release date.
