Recommend me Games like Mass Effect 3. I mean games that have Gameplay and ambience similar to this. PC. I'm new to the gaming world, so..

Hmm. Not much. Dragon Age and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic come to mind though.
Also Deus Ex Human Revolution and The Witcher 2.

All except SWKOTOR look cool. Dragon Age 2 or...3, what? I heard Crysis 3 was average. I saw it's gameplay, it's fine to me.

DEHR isn't vs Aliens but it's still the same sci fi feel... plus you can have different play throughs, you can go through the game without killing anyone, or killing everyone you see, stealth/non stealth, or without using your augmentations/upgrading them all

I'm getting that game, no matter the NEW criteria that I just added. I really liked the few minutes of gameplay that I saw.
