Are the PS4 graphics better than PS3?

It seems like we're getting diminishing returns with each new system. At first I thought BF4 and Ghosts were highly advanced graphics, but it's a shame how little games have come in the last 15 years. Maybe I am not seeing right, but to me even PS2 and PS4 graphics are similar. I just don't see a big difference. Please don't call me a troll because I'm sure some people agree with me to an extent. PS2 has great graphics. PS4 just looks like a more advanced PS2. They still look in the same league as each other. Devil Mar Cry from PS2 looks just like DMC from PS3. I do think sports games are looking more realistic though. But Tenchu still is a better game than Assassin's Creed. PS4 has more realistic graphics than PS1 but I like the PS1 graphics better.

On a 2nd note, I'm looking at Dying Light from X Box one. WAAAAAY Better than anything on Playstation. Kill You, should I get an X Box one? I mean if I'm gonna get new, get the best right? PS4 can't compare to these graphics.

Games will get better and better when they know how to use the consoles full potential.
Look at the last games for PS3 and Xbox360 (like gta v,last of us) and compare them to earlier games on those consoles and you will know what i mean.

I'm concerned for you. You must really love PS4 to the point where you're getting pissed. PS4 looks great if that's your thing. But my friend and I were impressed with the old games, how they still looked good. I don't think I have said anything too far fetched.

No man, they just wanted to downscale the graphics, most PS4 games are gonna be 8-bit. Did you not know? Yeah, the only reason why they're releasing the games with better graphics right now is to sell the system but later on the PS3 is going to end up being far superior.
