It's a dope movie with a lot of classic scenes and lines. Plus, it made me afraid to ever go to a beach again. Anyone else here seen it?

I saw this recently on tv, have seen it probably 5 times in total, including once when I was probably under 10. It's a classic movie, after watching it like 2-3 weeks ago I remembered what an amazing movie this was. Honestly, I suggest this to anyone who likes horror/classic films.

This movie's the reason I was afraid to go to the beach as a kid.
Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four
And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore
And I got an Evil Twin
So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?

Saw this the other day.

Wonderful movie. It's very entertaining. Nice soundtrack. The pacing is fantastic. The first half sets up the second half very nicely with great plotting and dialogue.

That scene where Hooper finds dead Ben in the boat made me jump out my seat.

The whole second half was amazing. Fantastic suspense. Martin/Hooper/Quint have such wonderful chemistry together. Loved seeing them work together on bringing the shark down. Great monologue from Quint. Adds some emotion. Quint's death scene was sick. Very scary and gory. Sad how he got exactly what he was talking about.

The shark was fucking them up slowly. The boat was slowly sinking. Nice to see the shark finally getting blown up. Seemed like he was invincible.

My favorite monologue
Sometimes that shark he looks right into ya. Right into your eyes. And, you know, the thing about a shark... he's got lifeless eyes. Black eyes. Like a doll's eyes. When he comes at ya, doesn't seem to be living... until he bites ya, and those black eyes roll over white and then... ah then you hear that terrible high-pitched screamin'. The ocean turns red, and despite all the poundin' and the hollerin', they all come in and they... rip you to pieces.

Great movie.
