Shows You Swore Not To Watch

Postby GenePeer » May 26th, '12, 08:45

Name of show - (Moment you decided)

True Blood - (Mid-Season 4)
Californication - (Season 5)
Burn Notice - (Season 4)
Suits - (Mid-Season 1)
Prison Break - (Season 3)
90210 - (Mid-Season 2)
Desperate Housewives - (Season 1)
Vampire Diaries - (Season 1)

The way I see it, I'm through with all the 24-Episode dramas.

The season was going good but those last two episodes were too bizarre. It's like the writers went mad doing them. Like the way Karen breaks up with that alcoholic; it was so unreal! And we all know what's going to happen after that ending. He'll wake up in a hospital and then Karen and Becca will be mad but forgive him in two episodes. By the third episode, it will be like it never happened. It's been done one too many times.

It's no longer as funny and sarcastic as it used to be. Plus, they took the secret organization way too far. Season 1 was plausible but now it's as realistic as the illuminatti. Nah, I'm done with that shit.

Ohh, another one:

Lie to Me - (Season 2)

Not surprised it was cancelled after the third season.

You tired of Suits? I admit that the beginning of the season > the remaining, but still. It's a dope series, compared to a lot out there. Season 2 is coming this July.

^ The show doesn't make me want to watch more. I just stopped watching it midway due to school but not in a single second did I feel like taking a break and watch another episode. When the semester ended, I saw no point of going back to the shows. There are several other shows I actually want to watch.

Weeds - (Mid-Season 6)

I may eventually consider skipping straight to Season 7 to give the show a last chance (I got this far, S6) but I'm definitely not going to watch the rest of the sixth season. That one was such a waste of time.
