I've heard nothing but amazing things about this show (well besides the current season)

Does anyone on TR watch it, and what do you guys think about it?

This forum has pretty good television taste, so I'm curious.

I watched the first 3 episodes and was bored beyond tits. Its vvvvvveeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyy slowed paced. I'm not giving it another chance until the entire series is done.

Same here I couldn't get through the first episode. Not because it was bad, just boring. I know people that LOVE it though.

Mad Men is about long storylines that develop character relationships and create a very real world that becomes immersing once you get into it. I've watched every episode that's available on Netflix, and will continue to do so.

yeah I've heard they are essentially male model for a sales agency or something... And the business goes dirty.
The creator of breaking bad talked highly about it so I was like hmmmm.
As did it pop on Netflix as recommendation after breaking bad.
