I heard that happened to him, but then I looked it up, and no it didn't? His father never left did he? It never says anything about it on his Wiki, IMDB, and other bios of him.

Anyways, you know he and James Avery (Uncle Phil) did that last scene all in on take? Amazing.

I love the Pursuit of Happiness, maybe my favorite Will Smith movie, and he's one of my favorites too. Scrubs is cool, but losing somebody/never seeing somebody your whole life, then them coming back, getting your hopes up, them not caring about you, as the parent no-less, and making excuses and leaving again is an amazing plot line, and the acting this whole episode is very good- Will, James Avery, and Will's Dad in the episode even, great acting.

The 2-part finale to this show was amazing, but this was the best episode of the series, along with Will getting shot.

"I'm not ready for this" :'(

I love Jason Segel. He's just so funny and there.. In this scene.. I can say I cried.
Next scene i'll cry: Barney's getting married. WTF! The end of a legen-dary player. :'(

Will Smith is one of very few great actors who crossed over into the business.
