Futurama was taken off the air and brought back this year, why was it ever taken off? Just curious, never knew. Couldn't find anything on google. Thanks.

Football would run late and typical would make Futurama not be aired at its normal time. Then they would air it at a different time. So people would miss it and its ratings took a hit.
