This is a outdoor court literally 5 minutes from my house, I go there almost every day with my homies and there is always 5's running. I had heard stories of Shaq coming here back in 2009 and Odom as well, but didn't know if it was true.
Yesterday I go, play a couple games...go back to my car and when I return...it's FUCKING LAMAR ODOM WITH HIS FUCKING SON!!
He didn't play, he was just dribbling and shooting around with his son...we talked about some stuff...I asked him about the FIBA ball he was using, and then we talked about the ball they introduced in the NBA in 07 I think? The one they then banned. He said he loved that ball....then my friend offered him candy (if you know about LO you know he's a HUGE candy fan lol).....he said "I'm good, I stopped eating candy recently. But thanks man!"....another friend asked him to hit our blunt, and he was like "I'm done with that stuff! Thanks though." At one point he started commentating our games we were running and saying shit like "good pass"...or like "oh, that's a foul! Respect for not calling it though!" lmao..
At the end, after contemplating if I should ask for a pic, I did. He was real cool about it. I told him "Good luck with the Clippers LO!" as he left and he said he appreciated it. Here are the pics.
