Getting better, ish. Right now my college ball team is focusing on actual plays so not alot of gym time.
When I last maxed, it was 2 plates each side + 25's... so 275, about 8 reps
My bench was 1 plate each side + 35's and 5's, so 115, 6 reps. I'm sure I can hit 2 plates 8 times though.
