How do I actually make an avatar on my computer, I've always wanted 2 know how to do it. Is there any software I need?...Please help.

first and foremost ull need photoshop :) ^


then u needa start exploring it and reading tutorials, coz we cant teach u how to make them, because its an exploration process..
