update: site has returned, with the addition of a poll

tomorrow its server optimising and monitoring, im going to see what's causing the bulk of the slowdown, do what Ican to tweak it, then set up auto recovery for when things slow to a crawl. will also try and get minimal adverts on the site to help cover costs.
