The pop up window after hitting "Post Reply".

This has been bothering me a while, but I haven't said because TR went out of his way to remove the option of "View submitted message" or "REturn to previous forum". Well, ever since you removed that option TR it's been really slow loading the next page for some reason. Infact most times now I just hit "Main index" cos it's quicker to go back to the main page and find my way back to where I was, than it is to load the posted message. What myself and Asp meant by removing that option was to remove that next thing altogether. So that when you hit the "post reply" next thing you see is your post. Now, I don't know if this option is possible on phpbb but it used to work on invisionfree.

Maybe this is just me, because nobody else has mentioned it, let me know.

Everything was really speedy before that change ya made, especially after moving up to the new server, but making this one small alteration has taken away the speediness the new server gave us. It would be better to go back to having the option I think that was quicker. If you know how to put it back the way it was?

yea i do the exact same thing, just hit the banner and go back to index cuz it's faster.

Works pretty fast for me though, and im using Firefox. Defiantely faster then it used to be with having to click for it to redirect.

I`m using Internet Explorer 7, I`ll install Firefox and see if it's improved.

Using Firefox, options are there for a second, and then it goes to your posted message, very fast, I got no complaints. I was using Internet Explorer for a few weeks too lately, and my complaints in this topic were no longer a problem with IE7 either.

Looks to be fine for me TR. Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies Sinemm, might do something for ya.
