copying game from cd to cpu

i have a 2 disk pc game and i need help figuring how to copy cd to cpu. I tried to copy cd files n drop them in a folder but i guess that doesnt work and also i know that the cd has a copyright protection on it, ne 1 know....I heard of clone cd or phantom drive but I cant get those easily... can ne 1 plz help me, im dying here!
oh yeah... and thanks for nothing too

Dude if you can find a way to copy from cd to cpu ill buy u a ferarri..thats impossible! Tell me exactly what you want to do (copy from cds to Harddrive or what) and ill help you

I guess that you wants to copy a whole cd to the hdd, to be able to play the game without the cd, am I right?

use alchohol 120% to make an image file of the game u need. then use the same program to either burn it to another disk or attatch it to a virtual drive and run it from ya hardrive(means u dont have to use the cd) :)

Use alcohol to make the image, but use deamon tools to mount it. It's way better.

Yeah what he said, but if you're a total n00bzor, you might want to try using WinISO, free and very easy to use.

the only problem with alchol, is that you can't make standard iso-files.
What prog are you using for that?
Personally I like to have all my cd's as .ISO, not 34 different image-formats.

u can use magic iso or 1 of bout 7-8 other progs to make straight iso's. plenty of things on http://www.download.com
