Networking across a railroad track

I am currently taking a networking fundamentals class and my professor has asked us to do a business proposal. We are to network a business but in the middle of everything is a railroad track. We cant wire anything underneath the track or over the track, so im looking for any help on what we would be able to do in this situation.
