recover deleted files

really need help on this one guys

i deleted some shit and now regrettin it,

i looked online, they just give "free" programs that are a free download but then want you to register when you find what your looking for, i actually bought one because i really want em back and they couldnt do it. it brought the pics and vids and such back, but weren't view-able or watchable.

anyone know a trick or FREE program that wont require a payed registry that i can use?

There is no Software available and that too Free/with Crack , only option is to consult some Hardware Engineer .
