Use OpenOffice.org.. There's a free Powerpoint creator in there. Same thing as Microsoft Powerpoint

Also http://docs.google.com offers a free presentation creator (same thing as Powerpoint).

All you need to do is uninstall all previouse Microsoft office programes installed previouse, and then run a registrey clean, Ccleaner should do it, and then go on google and type windows live essentials 2011.
Once downloaded then install microsoft office and you will get 2010 for free
