symnatec is actually good, the only negative side to this antivirus is the large use of ram . This causes the pc/laptop to run slower, unless you have large ram(4gb). in the near future or when you pc crashes, get yourself a mac. it's more stable and has rarely any viruses. thats what i am going to do

You really should. Sucking up twice as many CPU cycles on two real-time scanners, you stand a pretty good chance of the one package detecting the other one and flagging it as a virus.

never had an anti virus, never had a virus (as far as I can tell that has effected me). They use unnecessary resources and are annoying as fuck. Just don't dl dodgy shit lol.
