The Sound on my laptop suddenly won't work

Nothing is muted, it won't work with, or without headphones, it says the speakers work fine, but when I go to configure the speakers, when I go to "test" to test to see if the speakers work, nothing plays. Same with my volume mixers, everything is maxed, & nothing works. This just started happening like literally 5 minutes ago.

Any solutions? I have an Acer Aspire.

Honestly idk. I just restarted one of the web site tabs on Google Chrome & it came back on.

If you think it was, Have you checked what apps or what did you installed? Perhaps, others might installed the same but didn't encounter any problem.

I honestly can't remember. I haven't added any new apps recently on Chrome, it was something weird, but if I come across the problem again, I'll post it for everybody else's sake, in case they come across the same problem(s).

sometimes, my comp get's slow as fuck, and thjen i'll click a youtube video and my comp spazzes the fuck out, i end up shutting it down for like 5 minutes and then it works fine
