Anyone know any reliable spyware, adware, and virus protection that happens to be free? Or maybe some that aren't free but are pretty cheap. My comp is being bum-rushed by fucking shit after I tried to listen to a god damn music file and the spyware protection I have expired last week.

Thanks bro. I gave my laptop to my mom so the IT guy at her job could take a look at it. W/e virus I got royally fucked me over. Luckily I have it all backed up on my external drive so there really isn't a worst case scenario. I'll check it out once I get it back. Thanks again.

I'd recommend AVG. It's free and has worked fine for me.

Damn Boston. Thanks man. I'm getting my comp back today and the guy said he loaded me with a bunch of protection for free, so I should be good. But once I check thru I'll be sure to let you know. Thanks again man.

My computer has been full of register errors, spyware etc.
I'm using CCleaner, and that's about it, always finds something and fixes them
And for virus protection, Avast is really good and free
