maybe somethin' is wrong with your computer...I don't know...I never used Itunes...I don't like it...Windows Media Player is the easiest shit to use...

what bout' the program you get when you buy the Ipod? you get a cd with a own program fo' it...maybe you could use that...

well, than I got no idea..sorry...you could also use Windows Media Player..have you tried that?

i kinda have the same problem whenever i try to open up itunes it doesn't work. i always have to reinstill it in order for it to work. :'(
