name them the same example:The Matrix.avi
The Matrix.srt

^^^^ yup thats true

but you need a program to view it, download VobSub for free somewhere from the internet (search google)
install that program...
name the subtitle the same as your movie, put them in the same folder, and then play the movie...
u dont need to do something with vobsub after installing it....
