It depends what bit rate...Obviously 320 is the minimum loss possible and if you convert to WAV that's none at all so...Sorry for the slow reply I had to go out..
Actually you'd wanna convert to lossless WAV first then to mp3!

You tried downloading adobe audition? Use that to load the files and convert them one by one..That's all I can think of...There's not many programs that deal with that format unfortunately..
Maybe get the album somewhere else?

it can convert it for u,and u can even increase the bitrate with this progrom.

Oh yeah that's a good program..It can even convert MKV to AVI.
