I got a Virus, TROJ_SWIZZOR.DQ

Ok, yesterday, A virus found it's way into my pc, on my brothers username, now the virus is annoying but I can still use the pc. I can't open installers or some .exe files,It asks me to open .lnk files which is easy to do. If I double click on .exe files, the file hides itself, for example when you hide a file you can see it but its kinda transparent.

I did a online virus scan, and found the virus, TROJ_SWIZZOR.DQ, Ive the procedure to get rid it but does not work for me...

Any Ideas, im not Rebooting nothing, I know theres a way to fix this and I will get it fixed.

there weren't any programs listed to help remove that particular virus? When in doubt you could try a system restore
