Is there a way to change the album cover on Itunes?

For example, I downloaded a song.. and it has Nelly as the album cover while Games the artist.. and when I go to paste over it.. it doesn't change.. so, my question is .. is there a way to delete the album picture and replace it?

If this doesn't make sense, I can post screen shots..

thats weird, iunno i just usually select a new one and it always stays the new one for me. When you right click the song, "get info">"artwork">browse is what you do right? and click delete on whatever is already there.
