What was last thing you was doing using the dvd-drive? Open your PC Case and make sure the IDE Cable is connected.
Example 1.
If it is connected, take out the DVD-Drive and take down the details of the drive I.E Product Name, Model Number, Serial Number. ALSO check your Motherboard Connections and the product details about that aswell cause you might need a Motherboard BIOS upgrade. If you need any help what so ever just come on msn (irfman87@hotmail)
