how can I make a mp3 file take less place..like if a mp3 song is 7 mb, how could I make it take less place? like make the song to 3 or mb? does someone have a program like that? or a link to download a program like that?

if u got an mp3 converter, u can tweak the the bit rate from 192kbs to 128kbs, but quality will sufer, but u wont notice the difference unless ur using high-end speakers.
