help with hooks

I write verses but the hooks are pains in the @$$ any advice on making hooks?

The hook should reflect what you are saying in the song,more like a summary.

i think a way to start getting the hang of hooks before you start experimenting with melody is to use internal rhyming because it gives it a rhythm and it's decently easy. here's an example:

Mystical Forces, out on a mission
Biblical Horsemen, bow to tradition
Sex and Seduction, make sure the pain hurts
Death and Destruction, all in a day's work

or have a central chant. Say a line followed by the chant. Another line, chant. so on and so forth
