Not trying to argue but you can easily buy a mic for like $15 at Radioshack/The Source/Best Buy or whatever and record with that. It's what I do and I don't get many complaints. You're all on an internet forum. No one's expecting a studio condenser mic. Relax lol.

I was referring to C.R.E.A.M, he already has a mic. But you if you work then you could definitely get a $20 mic. I would mix for any of you when you start rapping if you use a crappy mic (if any of you are working towards a condenser for like a hundred then get someone real good to mix) 'cause I get the best out of my desktop mic. And buying a cheap lil mic isn't taking a risk, it's doing something to benefit your writing/rapping hobby.

i felt it was kinda choppy at points and sometimes didn't even rhyme..
whole thing was just plain spitting.. so it kinda bored me. but all in all i thought it was alright.

well the choppyness was overall. but looking back at Ego..

so hard to believe, it breaks the heart in me
We're facing oddities, as we're aiming to be greater,

the transition to the change of rhyme scheme could of definitely been better. this is me being anal tho. i do it to myself also so not hate. overall the bars on ego seem sporadic and dont match. which would most likely lead to problem if being recorded. it wouldnt mesh with the beat. unless the beat was fucked up and just strange
