How's this you guys? I think i did well on this one. For the hook, it's to be sung the same way Chris sings his hook.

I've got a tale to share so you might wanna take a chair,

Selfishness is common, elfish like in the days of Solomon,
Wealth is just a Robin, shellfish is something I could call someone,
But I won't name names, I won't play the blame game,
I'm not going to frame people and make inane claims,
Though I should, would if I could, but would that do any good?
I understood that a man should be solid like wood, so I stood,
And wondered if my blunders were really all that bad,
My mind thundered, and one hundred thoughts came and said,

Stop with the games, you ain't done yet,
Think before you do something you'll regret,
You know you've got strength, you know you're real strong,
Don't get it twisted, you know you ain't do nothing wrong,
You know you're too nice, lift your head up,
Everybody knows we all go through stuff,
That's why you got crew, they help you get through it,

Thanks a lot man! Those examples that you showed were the only ones I just had the feeling that it was smooth enough to work throughout the piece. I suppose I'll try adding more rhymes in my bars and practice on my flow. Again, thank you!
