I thought the flow for the first two lines were awesome. I feel like sometimes you sacrifice the flow for the multies, there's a couple syllables I'd leave out for a few lines that would make the flow better for me. But I'm sure there was a particular flow you had in mind that I just didn't catch.

idk man, i been listening to old school Jay-Z for 2 days, even tho i have this awful brain zap headache goin on for about 3 days straight now, it's not a nbormal headache, it feels like every 30 seconds somebody is stabbing me in the skull, i think it's cause i have a flu comin on,

anyways enough about that, yeah alot of times i go for multies, i'm stuck in that mode of writing recently
