I'm not saying he's not guilty, but we have not seen the evidence for his guilt. There is no REAL proof in the videos, pictures, and articles that are being circulated. Now you have the entire american public with the FBI and every gov'n agency hunting you without proof.

False, they have not shown us anything that incriminates anyone. Just videos and pictures that we can easily make speculations about. That's my entire point. The FBI says they have video of suspect 2 placing the backpack down and walking away. Furthermore, they claim suspect 2 robbed a convenience store, where is that video? The proof they claim they have, they have not shared. What they have shared has managed to convince the public these guys did it. They might have, but its wrong to do what we are doing without providing the evidence first.

Yes they do, because unlike most cases, here the FBI is using the public to help find this person. Now listen and understand where I'm coming from...

I understand that evidence is shared in hearings and this will all be dealt with in the court of law (if they guy doesn't die), but this is an extreme case. One that involved using the public for information. Have we not learned anything from previous assumptions. If this guy truly did it, give the public the exact proof that you have, so we believe you and we don't mistakenly hunt someone else down like we did in 2010 (Atlanta Bombing)

I know I'm always saying things like this, but if they wanted to get reloading powder banned, this would be a bad way to do it. Killing and injuring a bunch of people at a marathon won't get that type of law passed, especially since people can always point to the so-called "ammo shortage" as justification for keeping reloading systems in place. Even without that shortage, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that restricting ammo reloaders would fly with the House.
