According to SoundOfHipHop.com and other music biz gossip sites, R. Kelly's brother has a tell-all DVD in the works. Kelly's brother claims that police allegations about the singer having sex with an underaged girl on tape are true. The man also says that Kelly offered him US$50,000 and a record deal if he would lie to police about the sex tape incident.
