At 10 a normal with an average IQ for his age will have enough knowledge to realize whats the difference between right and wrong, and seing as how not knowing the law doesn't excuse u for not following it, these kids are guilty as charged. Wether these fagots are mentally unstable or not is for a professional to judge, but what are the chances of BOTH the kids being as mentally ill as the other.

If i was a prosecutor, I'd be doing my best to prove tha fact that they committed this crime being capable of rational thinking. The defense would claim that these kids are just "too young" and non adult by law.


Sometimes, in cases such as this punishement has to be brought through the rational thinking of the jury and the judge, their hesitation is what aloud them to get away with it on minor charge. This case needs a democratic petition to solve this PURELY moral despute.

That's the lamest excuse for killing someone i've ever heard - ur brains are as mature at 10 as they need 2 be for - as asp said - any normal person with an average IQ to realise fully n completely that it's wrong 2 kill another human being - n they knew it was wrong, n they kept at it - they heard the screaming, they saw the blood n they just kept going. So excuse me for not feeling sorry for them, but they're not the victims here.

how do u know how it works in my country - u don't even know what country i live in, do u? i live in Denmark, probably the country with the most lenient restrictions against criminals - u get life here, u'll be serving 8-10 years unless circumstances were extreme. I'm not in favour of e.g. the death penalty, never have been, never will be, but i am in favour of locking ppl up 4 life who've committed horrendously brutal crimes - i don't think that when u've taken someone elses life u should be awarded 4 good behaviour, i think u should rot up in prison thinking about ur crimes n keeping the rest of society safe from u - as i said, if they ever commit another felony, it's gonna be too late 4 their next victim

No, it doesn't, it proves that society has given him a 2nd chance n it's up 2 him 2 make the most of it - just hope his girlfriend never finds out who he really is, i can't even begin 2 imagine what that must feel like

and what do you mean by saying "brain's developed"? if you mean intelligence, then you're wrong - it reaches it's top between 17 and 18. if you mean brain as a organ, then it takes short time - it's almost fully developed when you're born. after it it's just some of it's tissues.

Exactley, KIDS have no remorse. They're children. Its between 18 and twenty somthing. There was a big deal about it in a muder case a few years back. Either way, they werny that old.

them guys knew they were doin wrong, cause when you're 10 you know the difference between good and bad things. things you shouldn't do. kids at that age usually go to church or somethin, so they prolly knew Bible says "thou shall not kill" and states other common rules like respect your neighbour, blah blah blah..

What sucks is that the two boys are already out of prison. They should be sentenced to life for what they did. That little boy, who could have grown up to have a great life, was killed by two idiots.

They also knew exactly what they were doing. If you see someone crying, no matter what age you are, its your nature to help them out. At 10 you know the difference from right and wrong, and these boys were just fucking pyschos.

I can't believe the kids have actually made it to 26, i hope karma comes around and does something horrific to these two guys.
