I think war is preventable. But only if there weren't super power politicians, presidents and prime ministers becoming tyrants and lashing out at eachother. Problems will probably not be fixed immediately and there'd be a lot of upheavel and struggle but all in all i wouldn't think that a war would start up.

i think u cant prevent war completely but u can try some shit to reduce wars n conflicts...
