it wont sink...he's saying that the mulimillion dollar houses on the hills overlooking the ocean will sink. but yes...due to the tectonic plates under the california-nevada boarder, earthquakes will rip them apart causing california to drift off into the ocean and chill with Hawaii :smoking:
