Every criminal should be punished but only if the punishment fixes the problem. Simple facts. A thief should be punished in hard labor or heavy taxation or sumthin, not jail. That actually works on small crimes. Dope dealers should be in rehab clinics even if they aint fiends. Rapists well..that one is hard, but castration is sumthin too harsh even for a rapist, so i think they should just dump them to a gay bar.... that will serve them right.
