i think the problem here happens a lot when people argue. someone misses the point (often from a non-clear explanation from the other party), but then the person who missed the point gets in so deep and so emotional that they can't back out of it, even once it's been explained to them and they get it.

I really just meant I don't think it was worse than every other woman who had their rights violated in this "leak". I don't condone anyone looking at the picture, but not because of the age of the person in it.

yea, it gets a lil arbitrary like, the idea that she mighta been a month off.

i c ur point. violating the rights of a 17 year old is taking naked pics and (probably) showing them to her boyfriend doesn't seem much different if she was 19 or whatever.

but like, problem is u need an arbitrary law around the age where most people are deemed old enough to give consent/make their own decisions. same problems with drinking alcohol of course
