It's dissing Everlast because Everlast passed Eminem in the lobby one day and Eminem was heading to the stage because he had a show to do and he just looked at Everlast and Everlast took it offensive because he thought Eminem was giving him a hard look so Everlast dissed Eminem in a song and Eminem responded with the song Hit em' up.
