On the song Eminem says

Does he actually have two now? I'm confused. I know about the one on his stomach, but did he go and get another one? Just trying to find if this was just another rhyme or if he actually did. Anyone have an answer or opinion on this matter?

Yeah he did get another 1. It's a heart shape with Marshall & Kim inside it. Here's a link to show you a picture of it. Its not very clear though...
