I agree with the suggestion earlier over it being a new greatest hits or best of album. That Russian Em site is usually really good so I'd take their word for it. It also says there it'll be a November (Black Friday release).

Maybe a Brack Friday Bunduru.

This is probably going to sound strange but... that is one really nice looking logo. Very smooth.

I'm excited to see what it means, if it does mean anything other than just 15 years in the business. Seems strange that he starts wearing a shirt for it now, if it truly doesn't mean anything else.
