After Em's hiatus I didn't listen to his new shit properly again until a mate burned me Recovery and it had this artwork on it. I thought it was the actual artwork for ages, whilst it's not amazing I don't really like the official recovery artwork. I love pretty much all the other covers except MMLP2 is a bit bland. Sandros one is amazing, good job dude!

that's actually a cover for a mixtape called recovery which came out around the same time Relapse did, crazy coincidence that eminem's next album was renamed to Recovery from Relapse 2 and this cover was the center of attention for a few weeks until the actual cover was released.

Yeah he is right and this was the second cover which around the internet for his next album. That's why everybody thought his next album will be Recovery.
