Eminem and Rihanna shot a video at Detroit's 2.2 million-square-foot Russell Industrail Center facility with seven buildings on Monday, July 21, according to various photos, tweets and Facebook posts online.
No word from the camps of Eminem or Rihanna.
Eric Novak, the Industrial Center's operation's manager, wouldn't confirm or deny that the video shoot took place, but said The Russell "always had a very good relationship with Eminem" and that he was "thrilled" by Eminem using the Center for the "Rap God" video last fall; "He's obviously one of the utmost professional artists to come in. We're more than happy to have Russell Industrial Center available for him anytime," he continued.
Maeia Zimmerman, a woman who claims on her Facebook page to specialize in event production and artist hospitality claimed in a public post Wednesday she's had been working in the art department for "an Eminem/Rihanna video". When asked on her Facebook page what she made for the video shoot, she responded: "Think hannibal lecter solitary confinement chamber plus other things but that was the big deal project." She also posted this week an Instagram photo she claims is from the Eminem/Rihanna video shoot in Detroit.
