nathan mathers the younger brother of marshall mathers aka eminem is arrested in july 2004 when he was dealing drugs.he bought 2 xtc pills from a undercover cop and that cop arrested him.nathan went into jail and marshall put his younger brother out of jail

The brother famed rapper eminem was arrested than released last week after being caught with a man who was chared with selling the drugs Ecstasy and Marijuana.

Nathan Mathers 18 of clinton township was a passenger in a 2004 silver grand am from which a 17 year old macomb township mansold drugs to an under cover police officer in the parking lot of the speedway gas station at hall road and grosbeck highway in clinton macomb county sheriff Mark Hackel said.

The suspect is expected to be chared with two counts of delivery of drugs ,two counts of conspiracy to deliver drugs and two counts of attempt to deliver drugs,Hackel said .All carry maximum penalties if convicted the sheriff said.

The alleged transaction occurred about 9pm ,july 19 and mathers was released about midnight .officers from the county of macomb enforcement team seized 11 suspected ecstasy pills and half ounce of marijuana from the 17 year old man who was being held and expected to be charged hackel said the total value of the drugs was several hundred dollars he said.
