Police have arrested a man who allegedly robbed 50 Cent of his chain at a gig in Africa. As previously reported, the hip hop star was involved in an altercation onstage during the recent concert in Angola. Footage posted online this week shows Fiddy grabbling with his assailant, who steals the chain and then escapes through the crowd. It has now been claimed the alleged thief is Bruno Carvalho.
He is said to have been identified by his parents, who saw the clip. A full police investigation, with possible criminal charges, will now take place, although the current whereabouts of the chain are unknown. 50 Cent’s performance was intended to act as the official opening of the International Peace Festival in Africa.
