Nas Wants A Full Album Produced By Dr. Dre

"I want to do an all-Dr. Dre album," he told MTV News. "A whole thing with Dre and a whole thing with Premier, and drop 'em on the same day. That's the real thing. All right, I said it. That's what I really wanna do.

"I'm doing my dream," he continued. "If you could, wouldn't you do it? What else would you do? Every time I do something, it's, 'Oh, he's doing it because this and that.' Since my first album, everybody has an explanation of why. What am I supposed to be doing here? So I wanna drop the Dre album and the Premier album on the same day. That's what I'm thinking."

the thing about this is it could happen, with premier itd be easy for nas to do, and with dre, he sent jay-z a beat tape with 25 beats on it for his comeback album kingdom come and jay-z just picked the ones he wanted, if dre can do that for jay-z he can do it for nas, send him a beat tape with say 16 and he would probly use 14 of them and the album is done.

I see this as a good decision for Nas on two counts. One, he has the chance to finally get some good production, which is something he has lacked for almost his entire career. Two, with these famous producers on his albums, people will look forward to his album without another "Hip Hop Is Dead" or N-word marketing scheme.

Two Nas albums in one day... produced by two of the greatest producers of all time? I don't think I can handle the excitement.

QFT. The Primo album is gonna be better, but both are gonna be fire nonetheless. This is a big step for NaS. I mean dude's gotten great production in the past, but nothing of this scale.
