Don't know if anyone noticed yet but I was watching Fuse's top 100 number 1's of the century and the video for Boom Boom Pow came on. Around 2:05 Will.I.Am is straight promoting those headphones. I realized that the whole song basically advertises Dres Headphones and could be the theme song for it.

Thoughts?

P.S. The Eminem product placement doesn't seem so bad now does it?

I think every Interscope artist does it. Saw it in a clip from LMFAO and Lady Gaga too, and a couple of others. Is Black Eyed Peas signed to Interscope? I think they are. Don't shoot me if they're not

and for the product placement there are everywhere, even in movies, it's usual in US.

I admit I looked Lighters and I saw nothing at all.
But that's not what I wanted to see either.
If it's done intelligently, there is no problem.
In some videos, it's very well placed and in others like Space Bound or I Need a Doctor with the watch, it's rather hilarious.

indeed. And the HP thing in INAD on the Ipad is just awful. Even though everybody does it, as a Stan i still don't approve Eminem doing it. I only saw the Beats in Lighters at first.

I think when will.i.am wrote the lyrics, he was talking about the beat of the song in that line, since he made the beat.
